✨ Press-On Nails Worksheet ✨

📝 Theory Section: What Are Press-On Nails?

Press-on nails are ready-made artificial nails that can be applied over the natural nail using nail glue or adhesive tabs. They are a fun, beginner-friendly way to try different nail shapes, lengths, and designs without the commitment of acrylics or gel extensions.

Benefits of Press-On Nails:

  • Quick to apply and remove

  • Can be reused if cared for properly

  • Wide variety of styles and lengths

  • Less damaging than acrylic or gel extensions

💅 Nail Prep Steps Before Applying Press-Ons

Good prep = long-lasting results!

  1. Wash hands – Clean with soap and water.

  2. Remove old polish – Use acetone-free remover.

  3. Push back cuticles – Gently with a cuticle pusher.

  4. Shape nails – File nails so press-ons fit better.

  5. Buff surface – Lightly buff to remove shine.

  6. Wipe nails clean – Use alcohol or nail cleanser.
